About this template
A permit for isolating electrical, water, gas, air conditioning, fire services and mechanical plant before work in a building. It says plainly that no Queensland law requires the permit, and it separates what the law does require (electrical isolation under the Electrical Safety Regulation 2026 and plant isolation under the WHS Regulation) from lock-out and tag-out good practice.
