Refund Policy
When we refund an order, and how to ask.
We want every template to be right for your job. This policy explains when we refund an order.
If a template isn't right
If a template doesn't match its description, won't open or has a fault, email us and we'll fix it or send you a
corrected file. If we can't fix it, or the problem is a major one, we'll give you a full refund. If you'd rather have
store credit instead, just tell us.
Change of mind
Because files download instantly, we can't refund a change of mind. Please check the description and the sample
pages before you buy, and contact us if you're not sure a template suits your work.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with your order number and what's wrong with the template. Please let us know within 7 days of
purchase if you can, so we can sort it out quickly. If you spot a problem later, still get in touch: your rights under
the Australian Consumer Law aren't limited to 7 days. A real person will get back to you.
Your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy
