About this template
A one-job permit for work on or near a roof that might not hold a person: cement or metal sheeting, fibreglass, skylights and roof lights. It says plainly that no Queensland law requires a fragile roof permit and that the Act and Regulation never use the word fragile. It follows the fall rules in the order the WHS Regulation sets and works with your SWMS.
