About this template

For plumbers, drainers and civil contractors who install grease traps for commercial kitchens and food premises. It follows the work from services location and break-out through excavation, lifting and setting the trap, pit entry, connections and backfill, and points to separate SWMS for trap cleaning and general drainage.

Ticked for you: work in an area where powered mobile plant moves (reg 291(o)), because an excavator works on every install. Also tick, where they apply to your job: a confined space if anyone enters the pit or trap chamber (reg 291(f)), a pit or trench deeper than 1.5 m (reg 291(g)(i)), and work near energised underground services (reg 291(k)).
