How do I access my download?
Straight after checkout you'll see your download buttons and get an email with your links. You can also view and re-download every purchase from your account.
How do I add my logo?
Open the document in Microsoft Word, click the logo placeholder in the header and insert your own image. Our guide How to add your logo to our SWMS templates walks you through it.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every paid order comes with a tax invoice from RJG Mediaworks Pty Ltd, in your order email and in your account, and all past orders stay in your account.
What's your refund policy?
If a template doesn't match its description or has a fault and we can't fix it, we'll refund you, or give you store credit if you'd prefer. We don't refund a change of mind, so please check the sample pages first. See our refund policy.
