About this template
Use this assessment before anyone goes onto a roof, for any kind of roof work. It follows the Queensland fall rules in WHS Regulation ss 78 to 80 for all work, and marks the extra rules in ss 306C to 306G that apply to construction work only. It gives worked examples in the standard five by five layout, with blank rows for your own roof.
