About this template
For plasterers, renderers and builders who spray cement or acrylic render with a pump and spray gun. It follows the work in order, from checking hoses and couplings and setting up the machine to scaffold access, spraying, clearing blockages and washout.
Render is often sprayed from a scaffold, so the fall of more than 2 metres item is ticked; untick it for low-level work. Spraying premixed wet render is not silica processing, but if you will dry cut, grind or sand the cured render, also tick the contaminated or flammable atmosphere item (WHS Regulation s 291(l), item 11). A SWMS is required by law for high risk construction work (s 299).
